This website is run by Two Ears Ltd, trading as Twoears Post, 23 Warren Avenue, Richmond TW10 5DZ, UK (hello@twoears.co.uk).

What this site collects

The site is a set of plain web pages. It has no login, no contact form and sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider (IONOS) keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address and the pages requested, for security and fault-finding.

Third-party content

• Videos are played from Vimeo. When you play one, Vimeo receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Vimeo's privacy policy.
• The map is drawn with map tiles from CARTO / OpenStreetMap. Loading the map sends your IP address to CARTO.

Email and bookings

If you email us or book the studio we keep your name, contact details and the details of the job for as long as we need them to do the work, invoice it and meet our legal record-keeping duties.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email hello@twoears.co.uk.
